What's the healthiest diet?

>> No.14817339

40-50% of total calories consisting of carbs from grains, beans, and tubers, a wide variety of vegetables and fruits and shooting for 6+ servings a day, and lean meats with an emphasis on poultry and fish. Be particular about the fats you use (both for cooking, and things like nuts, seeds, avocado), seek minimal processing for everything you eat, drink lots of water and tea, and limit added sugars.

That'll get you 95% of the way there.

The racist diet. Eat what your race is supported to eat. For a white man, it's pic related.

Carbs aren't optimal for most fitnesses of individuals (ketosis has correlatives asserting "a repeatable, adulthood puberty). Also, getting all "essential nutrients" from grocery food is really contrived (especially amongst timing and insulinogenic optimals).

The "somewhat obvious" alternative, at a least in this status of science:
>Protein powders, especially whey and casein.
>Omega 3 oil, especially flaxseed.
>Pills or oils and powders of vitamins and minerals.
>Powerful antioxidants, especially Croton lechleri and astaxanthin.
>For-energy and -other substrates (L-DOPA; 5-HTP).
>Plants / extracts / chemical derivatives..
