It probably won't have immediate effects on you, but the reason you dont microwave the cup is the styrofoam and the chemicals insulating the inside as it heats up with water get released due to an interaction with how a microwave heats up.

It's similar to why if you leave a water bottle in a car for a long period of time, the heat combined with the plastic makes the plastic chemicals get into the water.

Depends on the brand. I think shitty NA versions of cup noodles like your pic's are microwave safe, but most versions meant to be sold in asia aren't. Best read the labels.
