Anyone else here diabetic? To what extent can it be managed through diet?

>> No.14991836

Yes.
It depends.

Short answer is avoid refined sugars, drink lots of water, eat more vegetables, and go for a walk every day. It won't be perfect, but you may be able to get away with a few pills a day instead of stabbing yourself 6 times a day.

I'm highly sensitive to salt. Which is going to be rather troubling in a few days when TRUMP inevitably wins because there will be salt everywhere. A whirlwind of salt.

Say it with me. 4. More. Years. Say it.

I was prediabetic, went keto/carnivore along with intermittent fasting, at the end of the month I do prolongued fasting for 72 hours

It's easy to diet for diabetes, avoid sugar, vegetable oils and carbs, just eat meat, low-lactose dairy, veggies, and some fruits like berries or tomato, avocado, olives, etc

At this point, I no longer care who wins, just so long as it's so fucking obvious that nobody can argue after.
