Fruits and veggies that are completely unnecessary and their absence would make no difference at all. I'll start with the persimmon. It's just mushy sugar with no exciting or complex flavors. If you've never had one don't bother trying because it is no life changing experience.

When you say unsalted plant butter you're making it sound like peanut butter is as gross as avocado.

Don't get me wrong, peanut butter is pretty low tier, but it does have flavor even when unsalted and pairs nicely with jelly, and can be used in a variety of ways.

This year I found a wild American Persimmon tree a couple miles from my house. The fruit are much smaller, maybe about an inch in diameter, but they taste surprisingly good - sweet, of course, but with a very unique fruity flavor on top of that. The closest thing I'd compare it to would be a good piece of bubble gum but it also has its own tones as well.
Store-bought persimmons are worthless, sweet mushfruits. Home-grown are pretty good, leagues better than a store-bought, but nothing I've had has ever outperformed that wild persimmon in flavor. I just wish I could share it with everyone instead of just saying "dude just find a wild one bro" but them's the facts.

Just in case any of you persimmon fags don’t know, you’re supposed to eat them when they’re so ripe you can hardly pick them up without them falling apart.

Also, wild fruits are always better than cultivars because they haven’t be selective bred for highest available water content (it makes their weight bigger = more profits, pretty Jewish really because it makes plants take up more fresh water as well).

Healthfulness is not a real word in the sense that people who use it aren’t actually saying anything of substance. People will just call any plant “healthful” because they are ideologically committed to the idea that the healthiest foods are all plants and that all plants are healthy. It’s like people who say you need to eat “whole grain” bread vs white bread despite the two having virtually no substantive difference in nutritional content. They just decided white foods were bad and brown ones were better one day and said you should eat “brown rice” “whole wheat” “turbinado sugar” etc despite there being no scientific evidence behind the claims.
“Healthful” is a lot like “natural”. It is a word that is designed to make you feel a certain way about a food but doesn’t really mean anything. Go to the store and every package of chicken is “100% natural” as if there were some vendors out there selling “unnatural” chicken.
