IF I remember correctly it's basicly a flat yeast free pizza dough with oil, you need to roll it out flat as possible, topping is Schmand as sauce generous spread then close with bacon bits and onion slices.

You just got filtered. It's all made by hand, without even a kitchen aid. The Bauchspeck is just from a thick slice, the onions are from a local farmer and the creme Fraich is made from heavy cream which I got from a neightbooring dairy farm.

Well, to be fair Aldis Flammkuchen is okay. I would sa it's the Ristorante Pizza when compared to a real Steinofen. Not bad, just not fully there.

Try it out yourself. It's really easy and tasty, as you can actually put much more bacon and onions on top. If you ant to make your own Creme Fraiche, you just need to buy one store bought once and put a spoon full in like 200ml of heavy cream, letting it sit at roomtemp for 24h before putting it back into the fridge. I rarely use non-fermented heavy creame since having that recipe.
