I've actually passed on a condo because it had a microwave built into the cabinet and I would have had to rip out the kitchen and replace it with microwave-free furniture to eradicate the disgustingness. If I had bought it at the time and just lived with it, I'd probably have it half paid off by now. I've flushed tens of thousands of dollars down the drain in rent, simply because I hate microwaves.
