arguably, roaches are the best way to convert garbage into protein useful for animal feed. and uh, human consumption. think about it, scientists might in the future convert roach protein into muscle scaffolding and precursor material for lab grown meat production.

i've eaten some bugs. they're not disgusting, just incredibly fucking tasteless. tarantula, however, is literally land crab. only thing worth eating. we should domesticate fat tarantulas for crab 2.
