Raw eggs contain:
36% more vitamin D
33% more omega-3s
33% more DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)
30% more lutein + zeaxanthin
23% more choline
20% more biotin
19% more zinc

than cooked eggs.

Is this true?

HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO EAT EGGS PROPERLY? SCRAMBLED COOKED FRIED OR RAW

Whats wrong with scrambled eggs?

tl;dr there is a very low but technically non-zero chance that eggs could contain salmonella, and if not cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 160F as recommended by the CDC, any salmonella that was present will still be alive.
For example, when you go to a fast food joint and get some eggs, they're very well done because they've been cooked to this standard. On the other hand, you can go to a diner and order eggs overeasy or whatever, and if you'll notice the fine print on the menu, there's a warning that if you order something undercooked that's on you.
It's a negligible risk, but it exists.

90% of protein in cooked eggs was absorbed, but only 50% in raw eggs. In other words, protein in cooked eggs was 80% more digestible. Although protein is better absorbed from cooked eggs, some other nutrients may be slightly reduced by cooking.

What the fuck? Is that just due to biolavailability?
