It was not, congratulations on having politicians who actually care about your rights. Our government didn't care at all, but as it made some noise on the media they changed it back to accepting cash again. Nothing followed after that except for some upset customers like myself. People are generally bad at remembering those things though, pretty sure it didn't hurt their business as much as it should have.
