What I remember as chinese food growing up as a young kid in Hong Kong

Americans have no idea how bad it really is. No one in china knows what the fuck beef and broccoli is or sweet and sour pork. Chinese food is disgusting. Literally the worst parts to eat of any animal. Makes sense because chinks are the race of humans closest to animals. They make disgusting noises when they eat, slurp everything, men in the streets lift their fucking wife beaters over their sweaty stomachs while laughing and chewing with their mouths full of food. Like what kind of idiot decided 2 sticks is the most practical way to eat grains of fucking rice. Starving Nigerians who eat grass have a better diet than the average chinese.

They number in the hundreds of thousands, packed into tiny, over-crowded cities, scuttling all over each other, blankly staring ahead, seeing each other more like obstacles than people. What once may have been a collective of human minds has been dulled down to mere numbers in a system too bloated to bother with names, personalities, or identities. Is it any surprise they have no qualms killing a docile, tamed animal, an endangered and nearly-extinct species, or letting even their own children die or suffer, all in the name of "good luck", "fertility", and other superstitions?
The ones who see how fucked up it is and either rebel or emigrate are the only ones who managed to find humanity. The rest of the bugs keep scuttling in their big piles, buying and eating all the carrion and refuse from the food real humans eat.

I remember washing dishes in a Chinese restaurant when I was in high school and they were always spitting. Anytime a trash can, sink, floor drain, or whatever they would spit.
When the restaurant was closed they always had their families come in for dinner. Almost always ate fish plus broth and random shit then threw their cigarette butts in the bowl for me to wash. They put pallets on the floor instead of floor matts, the kitchen smelled like rotting trash.

Chinese cooks are based. When I worked at a Chinese restaurant in Houston and got evicted from my apartment, the owner let me sleep in the kitchen. I pulled together a few sacks of rice for a mattress, and slept on them with a blanket and pillow. It took two goddamn months to find a new place because it was my third eviction in 2 years.

The owner was based too. He had tv in the back of the kitchen that he always had on TVG which is the horse racing channel. He would sit there in a folding chair with his racing form and a landline phone and call into the TVG automated wagering hotline all day long. When TVG was showing commercials he’d get up and see what was going on in the restaurant or yell at his wife in Chinese.
