Should I unironically be putting lime juice in my rice instead of salt? Honesty bros I’m a brainlet when it comes to seasoning and just throw Lawry’s seasoned salt on everything.

Lime and cilantro rice is good. I prefer cooking my rice in stock though. If it's basmati all it needs is a slab of butter and it's perfect

Occasionally I'll cook my rice with fennel seeds and/or bay leaves, but I like plain rice the best. Just water and salt, with a little olive oil at the end.
