I'm thinking about making my own frozen pizzas. Should I par-bake the crust before assembling the pizza and then freeze it or do it all raw?

PS: They will not be round, don't know if it matters.

Bro, if it's not round it won't work

Frozen dough thaws overnight in the fridge, as dones shredded cheese, so I don't see the point in making some frozen already sauced and cheesed thing.

Because I make my own sauce with fresh tomatoes.

Yes you need to cook the dough first

You should lightly cook the dough, that's what real frozen pizzas do.

If I remember correctly from an episode of How It's Made, they do par cook the crust by itself first. I want to say they poked a few holes in it like you do when par-baking a pie crust as well. Then on goes the sauce, cheese, and toppings before being frozen
