With food being healthier than ever why are people still FAT FUCKS?

Even then a lot of weight problems are sedentary lifestyle, eating too many calories, and excessive alcohol consumption. The lockdowns are a great example of this as they are actively encouraging laying around inside and binge eating/drinking and everyone is getting even fatter.

We no longer have unpasturized milk, we don't even get milk with cream caps. Cheeses are all filled with filler bullshit. First of all none of those things are unhealthy. Second, a food being healthy (itself a pretty vague designation) doesn't necessarily mean it won't make you fat. Olive oil is healthy, but it's still the most calorie dense thing you can possibly consume and will make you fat if you eat too much. Nuts are healthier than potato chips, but have more calories. Dark chocolate is more healthy than milk chocolate, but has more calories.

When it comes to not being a fat fuck, the only thing that matters is the energy vs satiety ratio of a food. A person will normally eat enough to be satiated. If a person's diet consists of croissants and ice cream, they will usually need to eat above their energy expenditure to reach satiety, i.e. they will gain weight. But a person whose diet consists of boiled potatoes and chicken breast will need to eat less and will lose weight. Things like vitamins, micronutrients, "toxins" etc. don't have anything to do with it. It's all about satiety.

Any food you eat is using genetically modified crops, period. The crops that america has had natively, and even crops we brought over have been modified through selective breeding (AKA genetic modification). That shit is the stupidest trend, it makes me so mad.
Gluten free also means nothing.
Non HFCS is good but if people are still stuffing sugar down their throats it does nothing. Dyes are much the same, they're an allergen to a very very very minor portion of the population. Good for them, irrelephant for everything else.

People don't have willpower, it's that simple. They can't will themselves to stop eating. I was the same until I finally realized I needed to stop. Now I have enough loose skin to function as a wingsuit but I'm happy for the most part.
