The best I can tell is that the guy making the burger cut his finger or thumb and wrapped the burger. I know they don't touch the food they use tongs, but the wrapper has prints on it. and the freshest one soaked through.

I don't want a burger for life card, though it would be nice to be offered one. I realize it wasn't intentional, if it was then I'd be lawyering up, this was just an accident, and I want them to be aware.

Nah, for intentionally suckoff freebies is more dependent on either the management of the place or company-wide HR/PR, the particular nature of the complaint, and whether or not you've done it before. For MCDs I have no idea how lenient/willing they are in this case.

For freebies in general, you're likely to just get some by accident/purpose if you just visit it often enough. Very rarely have I gotten less than the same amount of food from MCD when the order is "wrong," usually more.
