I'm well aware of what it is, I don't fit the criteria. Sometimes I have one drink and go to bed because I'm already exhausted, other times I can't fall asleep so I'll have 6-8 vodka sodas and wake up nice and refreshed after being able to sleep. It's basically a sleep aid for me, but I have a lot of issues with sleep so I tend to go through about a handle of vodka a week, which apparently (it surprised me too) is fine.
You can pretend to know more than a licensed medical professional all you want, but it's not going to make you right.
