I feel like a fucking fat ass even though I'm actively losing weight. I'm hungry but nothing ever sounds good I wish I at least had cocaine or amphetamines as an excuse for why I'm not eating enough, but it's not even a fun story. I'm just not eating enough.

That was about 1700 kcal tho, so sodium content aside, that's a pretty good day in terms of working towards my goal of a slow, but gradual weight loss to 170lbs.

Bacon was about the only defrosted protein I had left in the place other than the last 2 eggs and small steak. Thawing some scallops for tomorrow, but gonna hold out on grocery shopping until the weekend when the local supermarket has a sale on 18 eggs for $2
