Swap the grain portion with the vegetable portion and the meat/egg/nut portion with the fruit porton and this is solid. Also, fats are fucking fine as long as you stay away from processed shit, veg oil, etc, if you eat too much animal fat, supplement with fish oil

Add in chicken thighs, cottage cheese, in season produce, and dried noodles of all varieties. Also as far as peanut butter goes you should look for jars that have no more than 2 ingredients (peanuts, salt). Kroger has a store brand that has just that and is less than $2/jar.
