How do you guys cook em? I usually microwave them, then my sister showed me how to pan cook them but honestly i prefer the microwaved eggs, it just seems to cook them more evenly inside and out.

Pic related is how my microwaved scrambled eggs look.

Looks better than I expected, ngl.
I just, cook 'em - probably to about the same degree as you, maybe slightly less, but with more stirring so smaller curds. Touch of garlic powder.

More important is the healthy dose of tomato chutney on the toast

Op here: thanks i might try garlic power for my next scrambled eggs. how i do my eggs is I'd usually put my room temp eggs in the microwave for 50 secs, take out then break up and mix thoroughly with a fork, then do another 15-10 second micro then mix and repeat until they're the texture i like then straight on the plate before they overcook.

Yeah, I just microwave them too, for easiness. Tried cooking them on the hob a few times, but I don't really see or taste any big difference.

usually do a very soft scramble in a pot and pop it on bread with ham and sharp chez. while I'm stirring i add salt then crack pepper on top when served. Sometimes add paprika or some kind of chili powder

I was considering starting a Microwaved Eggs (/me/?) thread but idk if we can get that to last long term, so I'll just shitpost in here for the time being.

Pic related is the first time I microwaved eggs today. I mixed three eggs into a bowl. Microwave for 1 min 15 second, was rising too high, then another 15 seconds. I'd subtract 10 seconds to keep a bit of runniness. It's sticking to the bowl because I didn't add any oil.
Second time, no pic but I added oil, which made it not stick, and tried two unbeaten eggs. And well, it was exploding... At around 50 seconds it made a louder boom and I had to clean the microwave of some white pieces afterward. The eggs themselves looked fairly normal.
On another note, I used one of those small water boilers to boil water for instant ramen and it finished heating before I finished preparing my eggs. Better than using a pot.

Like that one Gordon Ramsay youtube video with just eggs and butter on low heat, stirring constantly
