based. blue cheese is king of the acquired tastes.

anyone who doesnt like it or is nervous about it you should try some d'affinois bleu... like a really soft brie with blue vein that isn't too dense or overpowering. easy to have only a little bit of the mold or none at all while still getting used to the flavor and the aroma. great for spreading. then go from there because when you can stomach blue cheese it opens up an entire new world of cheeses/flavours
