no just eat at a deficit, if you want to lose weight fast then run more and eat less

If you want to keep eating relatively normal just follow some simple rules.
Cut back on the sodium, processed sugars, and portion control.

If you really look at how much sodium and sugar is in pre packed shit and bread it'll make you think twice and force you to cook and eat fresh. This also basically cuts out ALL fast food and 80% restaurant foods. And it cuts out all sugary drinks.

Also exercise, even just 20 min walk or light aerobics, yoga, and light weight lifting at home is enough.
I eat lots of bread, and pasta but I make it at home. And I reversed a fatty liver, and gain 15lbs in muscle within three months by the above mantra. Doctor was impressed.

Sodium? Really? You sound like you're full of shit.

you’re retarded, sodium is terrible for you and there is a reason you should have less than 2g a day

Americans are terrified of sodium for some reason; it's only actually harmful in established heart failure.

I suspect it's their highly commercial medical research culture being incentivized to deflect attention away from the harm done by the HFCS industry. Also see: "fat is the devil", although that has at least some merit.

sodium is perfectly healthy, it's only yanks that think otherwise

For most people, they're drinking their calories, and this is the excess intake each day.

Record what you are eating before you eat it, track the calories, if you think your portions are what is doing it.

you shouldn't have too much but having too little is way way worse, you actually get nerve damage if you ingest too little salt.

It's not the sodium idiots. It's what the sodium is used for and what it's generally paired with.
Also sodium you see on the back of say a can of baked beans isn't the salt you add to your cooking at home or what a chef or line cook uses, it's sodium nitrates.

It's a general rule to cut back on sodium because unhealthy foods usually go hand in hand with high levels of sodium.
And yes, it can become unhealthy the only idiots who argue that it's benign to be consuming 3400mg of sodium a day are people who are younger than 30 and haven't hit any sort of medical issue yet.

Has the guy behind Snake Oi.. er, I mean Snake Diet made bank?

If so, I'm thinking of doing Giraffe Diet. It would target manlets looking to get taller and would stress only eating things at neck level and sleeping no more than 2 hours a night.

No. Quit snacking and eat smaller portions.

You want lasagna? Have lasagna. But just have one piece. You want a grilled cheese sandwich? Go for it. But as your lunch or dinner, not as an appetizer before dinner.

You should eat less calories than you burn in order to lose weight. If quitting bread and pasta helps you do that, go for it (or stay away from it, rather).

Just exercise. It blows my fucking mind that Americans bitch and moan about dieting when all they need to do is get off their fat asses every once in a while and go for a jog or do some push-ups. And obviously don't stuff your face with 3000+ calories in one sitting.

Just eat a deficit. I did a sandwich diet once, where I allow myself two sandwiches a day and can put anything on the sandwich and lost about 5kg.
