I'm surprised that a simple sandwich like this isn't easily available outside NY/NJ. Not with fresh eggs, anyway. If I go to Einstein Bros or Starbucks or whatever I get some shitty processed "egg" thing. Old-school diners would do it but then you're also paying for table service.

At home. I have never had a breakfast sandwich at any level of restaurant which is as good as the breakfast sandwich I make at home.

If I cant make one at home I will get the Farmers Wrap from Tim Hortons, but the wrap itself is not worth the $5 I pay for it, I am paying for convenience.
