You need to master your own body. What about it is bad? The texture? The taste? You need to eat a copious amount of whatever you don't like, and while you do it hone in on what you don't like and train yourself to ignore it.
Same logic as people who hold their hands over flame to master pain.

Diagnosed autist, I've slowly found ways to expand my diet as I've gotten older. For me, the problem has usually been conflicting flavors and/or conflicting textures. If I match up expectations with what I make, I can typically eat a lot more variety as long as it isn't a true food revulsion. I don't like egg yolks, so I eat my eggs scrambled or as just egg whites. I despise tomatoes, so I avoid preparing dishes with them. If I don't like a vegetable at first, I try to figure out which part was upsetting. I can usually adapt a flavor or texture issue through different methods of cooking, but if it's a visual or scent issue I tend to be unable to fix that. Still, at 25 I can eat most normally found meats, vegetables, and starches, which is a success from 10 years ago.

tl;dr learn to cook you can unfuck yourself a bit

I probably have some autism or something that makes me averse to certain textures/flavors. I'm not anywhere near as picky now however, I grew out of it as I got older and became more willing to try new things. I wouldn't say my parents played any part in that journey though, me incorporating more things into my diet was a personal choice.

You're not that picky. I would wager that you've only had nasty gravy; home made turkey gravy is tight as fuck, but KFC style is shit and they're very different. Here's a list of the food my brother, a picky eater, won't eat:
>tomatoes
>ANY fruit
>mushrooms
>seafood
>any cuisine that isn't Mexican, American or Americanized Italian (like spaghetti, lasagna, and pizza)--he literally won't even try Chinese, Greek, Japanese, Korean, etc.
>peppers

He orders chicken nuggets at ANY non-fast food restaurant he goes to. Doesn't matter if he's being treated to an expensive place... chicken nuggets off the kids menu is all he will eat at a restaurant.

Are there any autisticly picky eaters who weren't also coddled by their parents because they screamed for tendies?

I get not liking stuff; that's normal, that's having tastes, but every person I've ever met who makes a huge deal about what they won't eat was a spoiled brat as a kid. For EX: I met a guy in college who wouldn't eat anything not fried or generally just junk; tendies, chips, fish sticks, fries, mashed potato, onion rings, burgers, etc, ONLY. He came from a super rich family and had basically never eaten anything but those things because, by his own admission, he threw a tantrum once as a toddler and his parents never made him try anything but fried trash. When we met we were both in our late teens and he worked out so he was in ok shape but started to get fat real quick as we got older, so he got desperate to lose weight, but refused to change his diet. I will never forget when we were celebrating a friend's birthday at a steakhouse and the motherfucker was on the verge of tears because he'd never even had fucking steak before.

There is a happy end though. When he started drinking he mellowed out and started trying different things and now, 10 years later, is completely normal, but I could not fucking believe I once saw a 20 year old man tearing up because he was served broccoli. If you don't force your kids to at least try and get acclimated to different things, they'll end up as fat adults crying over a plate of vegetables and fucking steak. It's much harder to train yourself out of that shit as an adult than it is to have kids try different foods.

well beans are best when sauced up. egg yolks are best when sauced up. and there are veggie juicers that you can use in alcohol if you're really looking for the macrontrients in veggies or something.

whites of the egg carry more than half the protein content in an egg. beans are only good with other dishes, you don't have to worry about not liking beans by themselves unless you're scouring the mojave. and veggies are overrated anyway - rarely cooked well as is.
