Depends on your metabolism. A few years back, my hypochondriac buddy brought out one of those blood testing gadgets where you put a drop of blood on a little strip of paper and stick it in the machine and my salt/cholesterol/whatever readings were below average despite essentially eating canned, frozen, processed food all the time while his was high despite him being a health nut and not eating bread, carefully monitoring his salt intake, etc.
