Because I know how to cook the sea bugs. I've always liked them my entire life, unfortunately have never lived by the sea. I'm not even going to deny it at this point, yes they are sea bugs, and they are delicious. They're just different from land bugs though. As soon as I start tasting some good land bugs, I'll be sure to eat them too.

If they taste good they taste good. Also depends on socialization. A lot of us were taught bugs were gross pests growing up, while seafood can be a delicacy. It's hard to pass that mental block.

I think I'd try bugs, but they just look visually unappealing when cooked compared to most seafood - brown, sometimes hairy. Like those weird worms Korean's eat in mukbangs. Imagine one of those popping in your mouth.
