I've been craving salsa recently but noticed that tortilla chips are 140 cals/9 chips(28g) and that is just way too much to reasonably eat without fucking up my cut. What are some other ways to consume salsa?

I have never huevos rancheros or whatever where I reduce salsa down and poach eggs in it and that was pretty great. Was thinking of just baking some chicken breast in salsa as well but I'm still yearning for the traditional salsa as just a dip.
I've tried dipping carrots in it and it was weak, idk if there's a good substitute for tortilla chips

Get some corn tortillas, cut them into fourths, bake in oven, salt to taste, much better and cheaper than store bought

You could try microwaving rice paper, apparently it puffs up the same as when it's fried, though I can't vouch for it tasting great without the added oil.

Just put some heat into it and use it as a hot sauce.

Just eat the damn chips and adjust the rest of your meals around a snack. If that's an impossible task then you're probably an irredeemably hopeless fatass anyway.

I have not found this to be the case.

Goes great with veggies. Carrots, celery. Instead of chips and salsa, and veggies with ranch, just combine the good parts of both and ditch the unhealthy shit. Best of both worlds, and both tasty and good for you.

One of the benefits of living in TX; fresh, homemade, cheap tortillas available at tortillerias and most grocery stores.

If you leave the skin on and use low calorie spray, potato wedges might satisfy your craving.

I'm not proud of this but I think I'd try that if someone had it ready to go.

I had it on scrambled eggs recently and it was good. You could make a deconstructed breakfast burrito by removing the carbs and adding black beans and avocado in a bowl.
