Real estate in that skull is down to a little over a quarter cup of fillings, and much more watery shit than the sauce is going to break down the skull's structure. If you added peppers, canned artichoke, zucchini, olives, mushrooms, any of the standard "pizza" veg they'd swamp it up with additional moisture, making it a little grenade of boiling soup once you bite in.
Just serve 'em alongside a fresh green salad.
