16927693 No.16927693 [Reply] [Original]

Ran to the grocer's this morning. Prices don't seem to be going up and everything was fully stocked.
Why do I keep hearing about soaring prices?

Because people on fagbook keep sharing scary blog-articles about disappearing groceries and soaring prices.
And then they run to walmart and panic buy shit, leading to some empty shelves, which they then take photos of and share on fagbook as proof of the apocalypse.

No. With all due respect, you need to educate yourself.

Gas ALWAYS goes up when Democrats get elected. Happenned with Jimmy Carter, Occured with Obama. Occuring now. Why? Democrats kill coal based fuel and energy. They have shut down the coal energy plants in my town. They also shut down an oil pipeline, so guess what? People still need gas to heat their home and to drive their cars. So what do they do? They use a pipeline, so since the democrats shut down the pipeline because of "Muh Environment" (which even if global warming is real its all china and indias fault btw) ---so people still having a demand for gas, they literally make oil tankers drive back and forth with all of this shit instead of having the pipeline do it, yes, they are that stupid. It is nothing but government incompetency that is driving up the prices of this shit.

As far as the 'worker shortage' and the supply chain issues. Its many things, the biggest pieces of the pie chart are:
>Vax Mandates
>Welfare expansion because of covid
>Alternative ways to make money for poor fags like crypto and marijuana legalization
>Student Loan Deferment and all the college grads not getting jobs
>Mask Mandates (my local kroger had half the staff walk out due to mask mandates despite being vaxxed and no state mandates)
>Chip Shortages in asia

Its all bullshit, and its all democrats fault.

But hey at least hitler 2.0 is gone and no more mean tweets

They've been trying to instigate open rebellion in the U.S. since the Bush administration. Their goal is to disarm the American people and rule over it as a Chinese vassal state with no significant way to impact world politics without Beijing approval.

And they're winning, too....

Liar.
>Cheese, $4/lb
Maybe you're getting it cheaper but I doubt it's as cheap as $2/lb
>pork and beef family packs
We don't have specific sizes, but a family pack near me is in the 1.5-2lb range, so $2.50/lb for pork and $4/lb for beef. It's not cheaper than this in england
>newmans own sauce 24oz/$3.25
I don't think they are in England. You probably have a comparable brand though, they are just a no-BS brand without a lot of artificial ingredients. this is a good price for it.
>Cottage cheese, $3/lb
You can probably get this one cheaper in england
>eggs
by your admission you can't. I would have said these are expensive by american standards
>tortillas, $3
He got ripped off here, this same brand is $1.50 by me.

That and China pretty much has a free pass to burn as much coal as we want from the Paris accords. Those accords are a farce for white losers to feel good about themselves.

Around were I live, the cost of meat and produce has gone up. But it's mostly because the stores stopped running sales on them I guess due to limited supplies. So now we're paying normal price for everything compared to before where meat would be up to $5.99/lb off or produce would be "B1G1".

I'm confused as to his point about Conservatism. Though it's also true. It has differed over time in the US, with a modern form being very Fusionist. It also differs dramatically from country to country as the question of what is being conserved differs great. So, Japanese monarchist types, or French National Front types are pretty different.
Or, if he's using conservative as a gloss for Republican, which as a party definitely drifts with as its constituency drifts.
Both things are true of any given political movement over time though.
