I did the opposite. Once I figured out they were the smartest creature I could legally eat, I start eating almost exclusively octopus to make myself smarter.

As all people of my background, I like octopus but I no longer live in my homecountry and in the last half decade, it's gotten quite pricey where I live currently and it's very low quality. Always sold from frozen which you'd think would make it more tender once cooked but it's not.
