marinate in vinegar olov ol salt pepper
seasoned flour with cornstarch, idk ratio I just eyeballed
eggwash
didnt like how the first one came out so I back and forth through the flour and eggwash 3 times
just made a simple garlic honey sauce using some butter in garlic, add honey and chicky stock. if not sticky enough I didnt want mine too sweet so I added some cornstarch. This one was everyone's favorite.
The hot wings only one other person ate but I ate the most of, just generic hot sauce butter, and a bit of sugar.
idk what the recipe for the garlic parm sauce is someone else wanted to try making it but it was pretty good.
everything was eyeballed and I don't have ratios, I made a batch last week and tweaked what people didnt like about it last time.
