Onto the topic at hand though, I haven’t had any version of Ezekiel bread that really tasted well, I don’t know if it’s the freezing process, maybe a good store that carries it fresh and unfrozen could be better, however I just haven’t had any of their bread that I would consider palatable. That recipe is ancient, older than nearly anything, and it made use of the available ingredients then to keep people from starving, that really is it.

I’m sorry if I or others derailed the thread lad. The best way to really enjoy the Ezekiel bread is to let it thaw over the day, then get a good crisp toast out of it. It’s great with lots of butter, or peanut butter, it was the only way I could eat it and enjoy it.
