Why is Indian food so repulsive bros? You go anywhere else in the world, whether it's Europe, Latin America, the Far East, the Middle East, etc and while all of it is different it all looks and tastes very appetizing, and it all looks and tastes like food. But when you eat Indian food it's like alien food. They take all of these spoiled meats and cover it all up in a slop of spices. It's like you let a child make food and they just through everything from the spice cabinet into a bowl and called it food. I can hardly express my disdain.

Indian food is unironically for tastelets. Indians lack the palette to enjoy more subtle flavors, so they have to make the same kind of food a 5 year old would make by just dumping so much spice into their food that you may as well just shove a spoonful of tumeric or coriander in your mouth. >Another episode of Ameriblobber doesn't know the difference between spice and the heat from capsaicin

Lol. Spice/masala is a broad term for a variety of herbs and spices. Coriander and cumin and fenugreek are spices. And so is chili. But the thing is that most brainlets conflate the capsaicin heat from chili as being what "Spice" or "Masala" is.

Anyways, so explanation of simple culinary terminology to Ameriblobbers aside, lets refocus onto MALABAR food. Malabar = part of Kerala where there is phenomenal seafood that uses coconut flavors infused with traditional keralite flavors, like mint and curry leaves etc

This is a flavor of crab curry that uses TAMARIND, a popular south indian masala ingredient.

Not all, just the people from up around where Punjab is now, that corridor area between pakistan and afghanistan, the one that was used as a corridor for troop movements and drug production. like how every time they would pass through they would destroy the temple in amritsar and would spoil the holy pond there with their filth and garbage.
It's sad, it hurts my heart to think of it. Unfortunately evil had a firm grasp of that area for centuries and centuries.

don't you need to be exceptionally high I.Q.ed for something like that? That's not a true accusation of course, but it's not exactly the 'own' that you think it is either, which is okay because some people are from areas where the median I.Q. is 65 and don't really understand. >stone flower {dagadphool}

This one is highly underrated most people overlook the strong aroma of smoke stone flower but this is great for the rice dishes known as biryani which incorporate a dum style of cooking in cooking that is a way of slow cooking. It is a technique that is more than 400 years old! This method was accidentally discovered during a famine when enormous containers were filled with rice, vegetables, meat and spices and sealed.

It is slow cooking in which you want to use dagaphool aka stone flower that adds strong aromas to cooked rice and also remember to use cooconut oil for drizzling. Lol.

But you won't remember. You never do. Bastard. Bhanchod.
