What styles or recipes are better with chicken breasts rather than thighs?

Google just keeps repeating that thighs are better always. But surely there most be times when the breast meat is better. Right?

I prefer thighs in all applications but soups/stews. If I'm not using wings or drums, which are my preferred cuts for soups and stews, I find thighs and breasts to be interchangeable.

Does it ever taste better? not really. It's a fairly bland cut. However it is most economical. Don't get scammed by the skin on bone on whole carcass shills, yield is king. Weigh that trash before comparing.

You eating chicken breat for lean meat?
If so half the good recipes call for deep frying or mayo chicken sandwiches that are full of fat.
I would say just put some good spices and pan sear it then oven if you are going for health.
If not fried chicken is much nicer real fresh with brest meat but thigh meat says good longer because its real fatty.

Chicken breast needs to be heavily seasoned. It is great in very rich dishes where the gaminess of thighs would diminish it. Think leeks sauteed in a block of butter with one and a half tablespoons of thyme and rosemary. Or any other aromatics heavily spiced and seasoned. Chicken tortilla soup made well with lime is very good shredded this way. I will braise the them very well and then shred them into large pieces a little over halfway. For Indian dishes cubed breast can be better both texture and flavor wise.
