At first I thought "shouldn't seed oil crazies be disregarding the USDA entirely?" but then I thought "maybe this guy is double retarded and doesn't even Google things he reads on 4chan" so I hit up Google and according to the USDA beans are in fact in the vegetable group.

does sesame oil count??? i love that shit, its pretty bad for u tho

>pork chops
>brown sugar, between 1/3 to 1/2 of a tablespoon per chop
>coarse, non-iodized salt
>red chili flakes
>coconut oil, enough to pan-fry the chops
>sesame oil, a couple teaspoons
>a few cloves of minced garlic

combine all ingredients, then fry in pan. serve with whatever u want, idk.....brussels-sprouts, herbed rice & naan bread would be good.

I thought about it and yeah, you're kinda right. It really isn't that odd that the oil that makes up 75% of all oil/fat consumed in the USA has it's name completely obfuscated on the label, that's actually normal.

The only seed oil I use is canola for baking cakes.
It's the only oil that has absolutely zero flavor.
Olive oil in cake is nasty and I'm tired of pretending it's not.

it also has a lot of saturated fat in it which, while not an inherently bad thing, is a macronutrient that many /ck/ users are already eating too much of
