In general recipe based channels are good. Where the format is basically a video version of a written recipe. No vlog shit at the beginning, just straight to it.

Honorable mention for Adam Liaw - he talks a bit more than the others, but it seems usually on topic.
Then there's Chef Wang. Some of his videos are vlog tier, some are recipe tier. But he keeps the two seperate, which is appreciated, makes filtering the vlog stuff out easy.
There's also Chinese Cooking Demystified, but they do a lot of talking about the history and cultural significance of a dish before getting to the recipe. Great if that interests you, annoying if not. They did get me into chinese cooking though, so honorable mention.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.
