Adam Ragusea. If you haven't checked him out yet I highly recommend you do. I don't think there's a better content creator on YouTube period, not just cooking even.
If you allow me, I'd suggest his Bolognese sauce video (the chicken liver hack is awesome IMHO) and literally any of his Pizza videos. Great informative, intelligent, entertaining, down to earth, downright fantastic chef. Plus his family often makes appearances which is incredibly wholesome, his life is what most people dream of, and his wife is a 10/10 fox

I always have such mixed feelings over Adam. On the one hand, he does a good job of structuring the content of his videos so I always feel like I'm getting information without having my time wasted and he does a lot of quality research and has good interviews with guests. On the other hand, his presentation style always feels so insecure, defensive, and almost unhinged at times, like he's trying incredibly hard to "prove" his intelligence and knowledge to someone. Of the YouTube cooks who aren't Chef John, Brian Lagerstrom is the only one I enjoy, let alone tolerate. His presentation is clean and a little bit cringe, but in an authentic way. Some of his tricks, however, are just insane: the meat sheet being foremost among them. Having made several, I trust every one of his recipes without hesitation.
