They want you to eat less and less of it while it has every single nutrient needed for life. Someone wants sick people but this is nothing new.
I eat 0.5kg - 1kg beef everyday along with a liter of raw milk and 5-10 raw eggs. I should be dead by now if the mainstream info was the truth, but I healed many problems I had on the regular diet that people even call "healthy"

Was reading a book about a diet based on preserving brain health and minimising risk of alzheimers, it claimed to minimise meat from land animals and the cut out red meat specifically. For it to be a conspiracy, one or more of the following must be true
>They lied
>The education they based their knowledge on is a lie
>The studies and statistics they used to come to their conclusion were all elaborate lies
>The peers reviewing the studies are all in on it
That seems like a very big and complicated conspiracy
