Like not in the milk probably but otherwise what you were exposed to in either of the two places you've moved between being different in some way.
Wouldn't necessarily make you sick like an infection but a change in the bacterial colonies in your intestines can alter how your body responds to other stuff it's trying to digest.
Could also just be nerves. The guts are their own enteric nervous system and they're extremely sensitive to even small amounts of stress sometimes, with milk being something that even people who normally process it well can end up getting knocked off course with when they're a bit more stressed out than usual or under the weather with a low grade cold or flu.
