Anything that actively involves feces. There's a Vietnamese dish with river snails, but they still eat any fecal matter left in their bodies before they died. There's also an Indian bread that's cooked in fire, but the fire is from a burning pile of cow dung. There's also buffalo shit stew in Thailand.

I had a bowl of tripe soup that wasn't quite done right once that tasted very grassy, it honestly wasn't the absolute worst thing ever. Cow shit is honestly pretty inoffensive, if you step in it it's gross but it doesn't make you want to burn your shoes like if you step in a big pile of dog shit or something. Using it for fuel would be w/e imo but I'm not sure about stew made from buffalo shit lol
