its kinda smart with cheeses and cured meats like pepp.
you body doesnt digest as much of the hard fats.
would be interested to try one with fresh mozz, fresh basil and an olive oil drizzle.

it's a good idea. i would melt the cheese even more, since i personally don't like cold cheese at all. i'm also very picky about the kind of cheese it is, and i always go for mozzarella.
