Dude I have discovered dropping an egg fried in olive oil onto maruchan chicken flavor ramen with olive oil and it’s superb. Then today I got curious and tried the other direction, oversimplified prep of crushing the pouch, sprinkling in the flavor to the dry crushed noodles, and eating. Yuck, I am convinced that nobody actually can like that but rather become used to it from not feeling like boiling water.

2-4. 2 is enough for an omelette which can be split into 2 sandwiches, and some days I'll have 2 for breakfast and 2 for dinner

Eggs fried in butter with the whites fully cooked and yolks halfway cooked and sprinkled with a little salt and a lot of fresh cracked pepper are my favorite preparation of eggs. I love them.

for breakfast, 2 if I'm putting them on toast, 3 if not, 4 if super hungry. sometimes I will have one or two fried eggs on top of kimchi rice or fried rice for dinner, or however much is in a portion of carbonara if I make that. so basically I don't limit it.

Today is the first time I've made an "egg salad" with bread. You just boil eggs, smash them with a fork in a big bowl, mix in salt, pepper, a little milk and a mayonese. It's very simple, but it gives a different taste to the usual egg.
It's amazing in how many ways you can enjoy eggs.

My favourite new comfy egg meal is thus

>1 large egg
>Splash of water
>Pinch of sea salt
>Shake of white pepper
>Sprinkle of dried oregano
I beat these gently in a bowl and add a slice of butter. I microwave it for 1 minute 30 seconds.

I take two slices of bread and cut the top crusts off so it fits in my stupid toaster. I put the crusts in a freezer bag so I can make bread sticks. I spread Marmite on the toast, lay a large slice of ham over them and then top with the hot buttery egg. It's a simple, light and satisfying meal.
