I finally quit after 15 years. I'm over 2 months clean. What you'll all realize someday is that taking nicotine is never worth it, because even one cigarette or pouch contains negative pleasure. I have a tip for my fellow californian menthol smokers: peppermint extract
coat the outside of your cigarettes in peppermint extract avoiding the filter
allow to dry, it won't take long, the extract is alcohol and it evaporates quickly, but make sure it is completely dry before lighting so it does not combust more than you would like it to
I applied peppermint extract three times, allowing to dry between each application, and the final product was a very pleasantly icy smoke
