Sierra Mist wasn't original either, the Pepsi lemon lime soda used to be SLICE before they changed it to Sierra Mist in the 2000's.

Before Slice which came about in the 80's, it was a soda called Teem. Pepsi has never had a consistent Sprite rip off and they always are changing it
