I want to make a paste that contains everything I need to eat in a day
I also want it to taste bad as to not to be motivated to overeat
I want to eat only that paste for months and not suffer any side effects so it has to cover all my nutritional needs
What should said paste be composed of?

i would advise a completly carnivore diet(it can fulfil all your nutritional needs provided you eat "the entire animal" i.e. skin, and organs too not just meat) so put in some minced meat, organs, egg, skin, fat(if the minced meat wasn't fat enough) maybe some dairy, anything that comes from an animal really and then you could cook a large batch in a pan and blend it(maybe add milk for more paste like consistency)

If you want shit to taste bland or bad, just don't season it (even salt), that should do the trick.

The vegetarian option is very low calorie, so you should have a full pot of that sloppa on the ready to munch on all day until you're disgusted with yourself and your appetite recedes. If you feel like failing, simply add salt back into the dishes : they will be delicious.

Liver has more protein per gram then steak. Considering nutritionally the only, iffy thing, you can't get from meat is vitamin C, perhaps raw and dried liver jerky is applicable. Take some strawberry, banana, peanut butter, oatmeal, honey, cream and a shit ton of protein powder. Throw in some vitamins and shit. One for breakfast. For dinner take blended veggies, browned fatty ground beef, butter, cream and powdered mashed potatoes. That one can be thicker and eaten with a spoon. Both can be made to taste bad with awful bitter vitamins. The first one can be 1000+ calories easy
