There is none. All forms of mass produced food contains seed oils, soy and corn syrup. Just eat regular actual food that doesn't have to go trough an industrial process to be edible. Like meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, nuts, dairy, fruits, grains. Eat mostly meat, fish or eggs with vegetables, and some nuts, some dairy, some fruits and some grains.
