Add it to a salad. They tend to work better in salads with oil dressings opposed to, say, Ranch or French dressing.

Make a salsa verde:
>big handful of finely chopped parsley
>a few deenz (or anchovies)
>capers
>clove of garlic mashed with side of chef knive
>chop it all up together so the flavours mix
>transfer to bowl
>add olive oil (maybe a tablespoon?), 1/3 that of lemon juice
>salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
>whisk together
>serve over poached or baked fish, or any meat meat of choice

Throw them in instant ramen, mix into cottage cheese with Worcestershire sauce and honey, mix with rice and soy sauce, eat with crackers and Coca-Cola. You can whip up anything if you have a little imagination. Once starving after work, I fried onions in the sardine oil, then added tomato paste and the sardines to warm through, mixed with pasta, lemon and parsley. It was a delightful little meal. First off i would rather eat my own shit than to eat any chinese cheap food. I do not trust them to even put actual deenz in a can

I ate pic related during the weekend. The can is really pretty, vibrant red. The deenz were pretty good too, big and fat. I just poured them in bread tbqh with all the tomato sauce. I do not think the extra price for the tomato was worthy it tho, the deenz by themselves are good enough

Every time I go to Aldi's I have free pick between many sort of deenz, which have the protein I love, and these oysters in the spicy oil. It's a hard choice because they have half the protein that deenz have. If I could only get deenz in that oil, not water or olive oil or cotton seed oil... Right now I'm positively stuffed after eating one can of these oysters and one can of Aldi deenz in olive oil. I'm smitten by deenz and oysters and don't think I'll ever stop eating them after having started eating only a month ago.

>Canned seafood occasionally contains small fragments of a glass-like substance. According to the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), these crystals pose no danger to consumers. >>19829908
Deenz and other small fish are generally the safest to eat since they are lower on the food chain. Larger fish like swordfish and red snapper are more contaminated with mercury and other toxins, because it accumulates in their flesh from eating smaller fish. Also, the ocean is actually overpopulated with small fish right now since retards back in the 70s and 80s overfished the bigger species that would normally eat the smaller ones. This is bad since those smaller fish eat zooplankton that normally keep algae in check.

>A 100 g serving of sardines could potentially have 30 mg of microplastics, their analysis showed. Squid had the lowest concentration, 0.7 mg per 100 g serving. The team found polyvinylchloride in all the samples and polypropylene in all the foods except oysters. The other three polymers were found in sardines and crabs.
