Yeah I get so exhausted and sweaty from rolling out 6 litlle dough balls with a rolling pin, or just flattening them with my hands, I start crying and have to take a nap. It's all so exhausting. I'd rather just hook up my TENS machine paddles, relax and order dumplings from tuber eats.

This right here is the real shit. You can either make and freeze them yourself with ground meat (chicken or pork), vegetables, seasoning, and gyoza wrappers from an Asian grocer, or you can buy the pre-packaged ones from Trader Joe's. Relatively healthy, filling, and easy to prepare. I regularly eat 10 steamed gyoza with a side salad or something and even with sauce it comes out to between 450-550 calories with decent macros for a really filling meal. Love 'em.
