Those scrambled eggs also look overcooked to shit. Did he even add any milk or butter to them? Then he drains the grease from his sausage, instead of using it to cook the potatoes. He doesn't even mention seasoning anything. Shit tier meal. Dry, poorly cooked, and bland.

I'm assuming it's a religious concern or similar, since the alcohol content of 350ml of beer after cooking is negligible.

You can use a non-alcoholic beer or otherwise substitute with stock: in this case, vegetable, pork, or beef stock.
