I don't know if I have a good "go-to" daily cereal. Maybe Cap'n Crunch. There's some green box cereal that's like eating granola bars in milk that's pretty good too but I don't remember the name.

It cuts your mouth, goes soggy too quick, and the cereal milk it leaves behind is sub-par.

Jesus, all this candy in a bowl of milk... I like Uncle Toby's Plus, any version's good but Omega 3 and Protein are probably my top two.

when I'm depressed, I'll buy a box of Rice Krispies, pour the entire thing into a mixing bowl, and eat it.

I make various müesli.
I eat a half cup of it almost daily. Most recently, apple and pecan müesli. The time before that, coffee and hazlenut müesli.
Each batch lasts me about three weeks. When the apple/pecan one is finished at the end of week next, I'll be making apricot and almond müesli and after that, mango, coconut and spiced tea müesli.
I fucking love müesli.
