What are some healthy things I could drink? I pretty much only drink water, and I get tired of it often times. Are there any commercial juices that are healthy and not full of sugar?

Pretty much any unsweetened tea or tisane.

Juice by it's nature is unhealthy. They take all the fibery healthy pulp out and leave the sugar. Stick to water and unsweetened teas. Maybe squeeze of wedge of lemon (or lime if you're feeling adventurous) into your water. Orjust bite the bullet and enjoy an unhealthy beverage once in a while.

Buy Juicy Juice or some variety of fruit juice that is high-fruit-juice, and mix it 1:1 with club soda. You get a fizzy, milder, refreshing version with half the sugar.
Another route is tea. Become a standard drinker of inexpensive black tea.
You could also buy some relatively cheap orange pekoe tea and make hot-brew iced tea. Don't add sugar, it's flavorful enough without it. Maybe mix 2:1 with some lemonade for a change.
You can also go iced coffee although personally I prefer to mix that with sweetened condensed milk.
There's also wine, sangria, etc. in small doses for dinner.
