The restaraunt is on the pricier end of the spectrum and has got a pretty big local cult following (amongst the more upscale crowd, I should add), so I figured that it'd look quite good on a resume. I'd read a few online reviews saying that it was overrated and overpriced, but I didn't imagine that it would be THIS bad.

Unfortunately yes, we were having a rough time last winter and had a few chefs come through, I had a smoke break with this guy and he lit up a spliff, he was doing that instead of straight cigs. I asked him rather pointedly what the fuck he thought he was doing and he said he thought it was okay because he saw some of the guys with their freezer whiskey and because of "502 and all" (we're in WA)

So I pointed out that he was a fucking retard and his work mysteriously went to shit after smoke breaks and we let him go.

Knew this guy, he worked as an arborist for the city.
This dude was a full on weed head, nice guy, but couldn't go 30 minutes without a hit from his bong.
Working with a chainsaw, on a fucking tree, and he still spliffed up first thing in the morning.
Of course there was an accident, he's in a wheelchair now and has a nice scar across his face.
